Our Story
We are an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform serving players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. Transparency, responsibility and local relevance are the principles that drive everything we do.
Who We Are
99zh88 started with one straightforward observation: Pakistani sports fans and online gaming enthusiasts were navigating a landscape full of confusing interfaces, opaque terms and platforms that weren't designed with their local context in mind. Late-night PSL matches in Lahore, ICC World Cup fever gripping Karachi, T20 clashes drawing crowds from Rawalpindi to Peshawar — cricket isn't just a sport in Pakistan, it's practically a language. We wanted to build something that actually speaks it.
The result is 99zh88: a platform that combines comprehensive sports betting markets, live casino tables, featured slot titles and esports coverage under one roof — all presented in clear, accessible English. We don't hide our terms in walls of tiny-print text. We don't promise guaranteed wins or fabricate player success stories. What we offer instead is honest, well-structured information, a mobile-optimised experience and a support team that understands the context of a user in Islamabad asking about a PSL wager at midnight.
We are clear about what 99zh88 is and what it isn't. This is an information and entertainment platform. We do not hold a Pakistan gambling license, and we do not represent that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and associated regulations govern this landscape, and it is the responsibility of each individual user to understand and comply with the laws applicable in their area. Our role is to provide transparent, educational and informative content so that when players do participate, they do so with their eyes open.
Our Journey
The 99zh88 concept was developed after extensive research into the Pakistan online gaming market — interviewing cricket fans in Karachi, football supporters in Lahore and casino enthusiasts in Islamabad to understand what was missing from existing platforms.
We launched 99zh88 as an English-language platform specifically targeting Pakistani users. The initial focus was on cricket betting guides, PSL odds education and responsible gambling resources — building trust before volume.
With a growing community of engaged users from Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Multan, we expanded into live casino, featured slot categories and esports markets — adding depth while keeping the responsible gambling framework front and centre.
We continue to develop 99zh88 with direct feedback from our Pakistani user base — improving mobile performance, expanding payment reference guidance and deepening our responsible gambling education resources.
What Drives Us
Every decision at 99zh88 is measured against these principles. They're not marketing copy — they're the framework through which we build, communicate and operate.
Every promotion on 99zh88 displays full wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts and expiry conditions upfront. We do not bury important conditions in unreadable fine print. If there's a catch, we tell you before you opt in.
Deposit limits, loss caps, session timers, cool-off periods and self-exclusion are built into the platform by design — not added as an afterthought. We believe these tools should be easy to find and easy to use, regardless of the time of night.
From PSL cricket odds to familiar PKR currency display, from Easypaisa payment guidance to references for users in Peshawar — 99zh88 is designed with Pakistani context built in, not localised as an afterthought.
We do not fabricate player testimonials, invent license numbers or make unverifiable regulatory claims. Our content is educational and informational — we give users what they need to make informed decisions, not what creates hype.
The majority of Pakistan's internet users access the web via mobile. 99zh88 is built mobile-first — fast load times, touch-optimised interfaces and a layout that works cleanly on every screen size from a budget Android to a flagship device.
We're not chasing one-off signups. Our loyalty tiers, cashback programme and refer-a-friend incentives are designed to reward consistent, responsible engagement over time. We want players who stick around — responsibly.
What Sets Us Apart
These aren't generic platform checkboxes. They are the specific commitments that shape how 99zh88 is built and run for the Pakistan market.
Our support team is available around the clock in clear, professional English. Whether you're a first-timer in Islamabad with a bonus question or an experienced bettor in Karachi chasing a withdrawal update, you'll always reach a real person who understands your context.
HTTPS/SSL encryption protects every interaction on 99zh88. Two-factor authentication, login alerts and a full transaction history are available in your account dashboard. Our KYC/AML process is explained plainly so users understand what is required and why.
Real-time in-play markets across cricket (PSL, ICC, T20, ODI), football, tennis, UFC and esports. Ball-by-ball cricket odds during those Lahore Qalandars night matches are updated live — not on a 30-second delay. Odds are presented in decimal format with plain-English explanations.
Every welcome offer, reload bonus and cashback promotion on 99zh88 displays its wagering multiplier, minimum deposit amount (e.g., PKR 1,000), eligible games list and expiry window in the same place as the headline figure. We do not separate important conditions onto separate pages to obscure them.
Account balances, deposit minimums, withdrawal thresholds and bonus amounts are all displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs). Familiar local payment references — Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual guides, not endorsements.
Deposit caps, loss limits, session timers, reality-check pop-ups and self-exclusion are accessible directly from the account dashboard — not buried under a sub-menu. We treat these as core features, not compliance footnotes. Read the full framework on our Responsible Gambling page.
Our Commitment
The Pakistani online gaming community deserves better than what it has historically received: platforms designed elsewhere, with generic terms, no local payment context, no English-language support and zero accountability. 99zh88 was built specifically to be different on each of those points.
We commit to providing accurate, up-to-date information about games, odds, promotional terms and payment options. When information changes — when a bonus is updated, when a game is added or removed, when payment processing guidelines shift — we update our content promptly rather than leaving outdated information to mislead users.
We also commit to an honest conversation about gambling risks. Betting on a PSL match or playing slots on 99zh88 should be entertainment — a way to engage more deeply with a match you'd be watching anyway, or to unwind with a game after a long day in Faisalabad or Multan. It should never feel like a financial strategy or a solution to financial pressure. If it starts to feel that way, our responsible gambling tools are there, and we actively encourage their use.
We do not claim a Pakistan gambling license. We do not represent that online gambling is lawful or risk-free in Pakistan. Users must seek independent legal advice regarding their specific circumstances and must comply with all applicable laws. We are here to inform and entertain — that is the full extent of what we represent.
All bonus terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposits in PKR and expiry dates — are displayed alongside the headline offer. No separate conditions page required.
We do not invent winner stories, fake license numbers, false payout statistics or unsupported "safest casino" claims. What we say is what we can stand behind.
Personal data is collected only to the minimum required to operate accounts, process transactions and meet legal obligations. It is never sold. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Self-exclusion, deposit limits and session controls are positioned as front-line features, not buried settings. Adults 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction.
Behind the Platform
99zh88 is built and operated by a team with deep experience in online gaming product development, responsible gambling compliance and Pakistan market research.
Our product team continuously refines the platform experience based on user feedback gathered from across Pakistan. Our editorial team maintains up-to-date, accurate content on game rules, sports betting guides, bonus terms and responsible gambling resources — all in English, all written for Pakistani readers.
Customer support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via live chat and email. Our agents are trained in responsible gambling conversations and can assist with account queries, payment reference guidance and escalations — always in English, always with Pakistan market awareness.
A dedicated compliance function reviews all promotional content, terms language and responsible gambling tooling against best-practice standards. No new promotion goes live without a full review of its terms for clarity and fairness — including wagering requirement labeling and minimum deposit disclosure in PKR.
Pakistan is a mobile-first internet market, and our technology team designs and tests every new feature on lower-spec Android devices and variable mobile data connections before release. Speed, accessibility and reliability under real Pakistani usage conditions are the benchmarks that matter.
99zh88 does not hold a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. We make no representation that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, and applicable provincial legislation, govern gambling activities in Pakistan — users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with these laws in their own jurisdiction.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Gambling involves financial risk. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is negatively affecting your life or the lives of those around you, please visit our Responsible Gambling page for guidance and support resources.
